Typically, a mentor on this platform will have at least 12-15 years of industry experience, leadership experience, communication skills and analytical abilities. Every mentor on the platform has been handpicked to offer the best possible experience to students.

We have a vast network of experienced entrepreneurs and professionals from media, IT, banking and financial services, manufacturing, Human Resources, hospitality, retail, e-commerce, healthcare and we continue to add on sectors every day.

Mentorleap's current matching is personally curated by a team of experts. In future matching will be done by an AI-led algorithm that will match mentees on the basis of their goals, aspirations, objectives and hurdles with mentors who have the desired industry experience, skills, knowledge and compassion to answer all their questions. Every match made by AI will also be aided by the empathy of a human who sensitises mentors on the expectations of the mentee.

At present Mentorleap is only offering 1:1 video interactions of 45 minutes each between mentees and industry leaders. Additional 10 minutes are offered in case of technical glitches.
