Rescheduling, Cancellations and Refunds
*All requests for rescheduling mentoring sessions must be made at least 48 hours before the start of the session otherwise Mentorleap may not be able to reschedule your session or refund your payment.
*In case of a no-show by a Mentor, you will be given a choice to reschedule or ask for refund and Mentorleap will oblige
*In case of a no-show by you or arrival any later than 10 minutes for a session, Mentorleap reserves the right to forfeit your payment and will not offer a refund or reschedule option
*All reschedules will depend on the availability of a mentor of choice or a relevant mentor
*In any case of dispute, Mentorleap’s decision shall be final. To initiate the reschedule/refund options you can mail us at mentorleap@outlook.com. Our customer service officers will contact you within 1-2 business days upon receiving your email with a reschedule/refund confirmation email. You will be intimated about the same via e-mail or your chosen medium of communication during the registration for the session.
*You will get your rescheduled session /refund (in the original mode of payment) within 7-14 business days.
